My Transformation

Over the past 4 years, my body has changed greatly through dedicated weight training and healthier eating habits. Progress is not only defined as gaining or losing weight, it also involves shaping, toning & feeling good! I cant stress enough that you should NOT solely rely on a number on a scale to determine your progress. Keep in mind that it takes time and is definitely not something that happens overnight. Work hard, set realistic goals and trust the process.

 

About Me

I am a 23 year old certified personal trainer and BComm graduate from the University of Toronto. Over the few years, I have developed a strong passion for fitness, as it has changed my life tremendously. In Summer 2017, I decided to turn my passion into a career and launched my own personal training business. Through KikiFitness, I aspire to educate others on how to stay healthy & fit and most importantly, to help others feel confident in their own skin.
